z-wave errors

Hi i use a aeotech gen5 z-wave stick, in the log i get alot of these Status: OpenZWave: Received timeout notification from HomeID
error messages, i have about 60 nodes and sometimes the whole network is acting slow, is there a way to speed it up?

I also have some nodes that are connected to 2 z-wave remotes, i have sold the remotes but i forgot to exclude them, now its impossible to delete these nodes, how can i do that?

when i try to remove them i get this error:

You have to use the following software:

If you own a zwave usb from aeotech you can use this tool
https://aeotec.freshdesk.com/support/so ... p-software

Install it on a Windows pc, plugin the zwave usb controller and readout the device. You can remove nodes, reset device, create a backup from the device etc.

thanks for your quick reply.

thats funny because i use that software to backup the stick, but i dont know how to edit the file.
is it possible to also change the device number, i have device id:1,3,6,9,13. there alot of unused numbers , is it possible to re arrange them to 1,2,3,4, in order?
could you give me a little help.
