spoken notifications

I use prowl for sending notifications from Domoticz to my IPhone. I'd like to have some alert notifications directly spoken by siri. Does anyone know a notification system availabe for domoticz which can automatically speak the notification on the iphone.?I don't want all notifications spoken, only some from domitcz.
