Which Python Version install on Windows for learning

I want to learn Python, Which Version I have to install?

On my RPI Version 2.7.13 is installed
RPi4 Shelly1 Shelly2.5 ESPEasy Tuya Domoticz Beta Dashticz 3.6

I recommend to install Python 3.6.8. I faced some problems with Python 3.7 - it is a bit new for a few plugins.
