Maybe an interesting alternative for a Harmony Hub to control devices via InfraRed signals.

Yep not bad, not really espensive compared to broadlink rm mini3.
BT instead of Wifi.
But why only raspberry 3 and above ?

I guess only for RPi’s with Bluetooth, so I think a new RPi zero W which has Bluetooth might work as well.

Looks cheap enough. I just wonder how much devices one such device could handle.

Tried to back it, but I don't have a Credit Card. And there is no other way to pay. Too bad. Keeping the money myself now

Alternative to this is the Anavi Infrared pHAT.
I'm using this at home to control the AC & TV. It is a small open source hardware project but quite useful.

The Anavi Infrared pHAT is too much expensive, 19 $ + a raspberry cost.
You can have less with homemade system with raspberry and you can have the to broadlink rm mini3 for less than 15$
