Usb dongle cyrus does not auto-detect me

Hello good afternoon, sorry for my English. I'm starting to try to configure my z-wave system. I have domoticz in raspberry 3, a doungle cyrus usb and a roller shutter fibaro. According to I read in the manual of initiation I read that the doungle usb auto-detects it, but in my case it does not detect anything. Alguin can guide me a little please.

I see that it has the same shape as the Vision Z-Wave Plus USB Stick ZU1401EU, but I can not make connection between the rasp and the roller shutter.

It's already working. When you put it as openzwave it recognizes it as vision Unknown: type = 1001, id = 0201
