proposal for thermostat

I have included RFX433, enocean, z-wave and hue in my domoticz installation. Now I'm looking for themostats for my heaters. I read a lot in the forum, but I don't know what to buy. I want a thermostat which works in my home network and don't calls the supplier (like tado). The thermostat has also to be handled manually (at the heater). I'd like to make a script, that when a window is opended (I have z-wave window sensors) I save the acually value of temperature of the thermostat, close the thermostat and reset the temperature when window is closed. The creating of the script is not the problem, but I don't know, which thermostat to buy. I'd prefer doing it in z-wave, perhaps someone can help me to find the best device. Thanks.

not clear if you want a thermometer (report temps and domoticz will do the rest: start /stop heater, check/compare temps etc etc) or a fully working thermostat (so you have your heater connected to it and you have a setpoint and the heater switch status in domoticz to interact with)

a friend of mine own a Danfoss 014G0581 zwave and it works as a in-field tempsensor/setpoint... works quite good

I want to have it directoly installed at the the heater (replacing the old manual danfoss-thermostat). I want to be able to change the temperature manually at the thermostat. And I want to be able to do this in domoticz and apple home (via my homebridge installation) I also want to read the temperature in domoticz to save it when opening window and restore it when closing.
