Tons of garbage devices due to an alarm system

Dear all,
I have a domoticz system with a RFXcom tranceiver for handling various stuff (thermometers, blinds...)
I have purchased an alarm system (independent from Domoticz, since the alarm is the only thing I don't want to mess with...) which uses several frequencies including 433MHz.
Now, my device list gets populated by a large amount of garbage devices, which seem to appear once and then timeout forever. Most of them are unknown type. After a few months, there are more than one thousand of these. This is really a pain to clean in the device list and this will probably make my database to unnecessarily grow.
Is there something I can do to stop this?
Thanks!
