Fibaro Binary Sensor and Sommer Output OC (OpenCollector) - Connection

Hi!

I have a small question, I have a Fibaro Binary Sensor and I want to connect a Sommer Output OC (OpenCollector) for getting back my garage door location (open or closed). The problem is, that I'm unsure
of how to connect both.

The Sommer Output OC has three PINS:

    /------o (OUT)
---|
    \
----------o (GND)

Is the following correct:

Connect OUT-PIN to Fibaro Binary Sensor (Input) and via 10k pullup to 5V and leave +24V and GND of Sommer Output OC disconnected?
