They don't work natively with Domoticz as they rely on a Chinese cloud service. They have an ESP8266 inside so they can be flashed with ESPeasy like a Sonoff can and then they are supported. You will need to dissassemble and even desolder a daughterboard to flash so it's a bit of effort but it can be done. For a look at the guts, see:
