Zoom in on Buienrader

See screenshot, is it possible to zoom in on the Buienrader picture so that I only see my city and around?

I'm using the following line regarding the zoom in into my area:

But I'm getting an ugly with bar to the right, see screenshot. How to resolve this? I've been playing around with the various size numbers but I cannot get something nice.
