Domoticz

As mentioned I've recently upgraded a device with Razberry V1 (test rig) with the latest firmware and while the controller shows up in Domoticz it won't be configured. One could assume that the card doesn't work proper so I then prepared SD-card with Z Way Server which works out fine and I can include z-wave devices without any problem.

The question I have is if it's know what would be level of firmware which is supported by OZW which I could downgrade to get the system working again. I've also asked the same question within the OZW forum, so let see if thins one can be figured out.

Razberry support has been dropped for some years now. You have to use the OpenZWave hardware now and select the serial port.
It was hard to continue to support both and openzwave has support for many more hardware, also USB zwave devices that you can use in other non-raspberry systems.

I do make use of Razberry together with OZW which works out great on my primary rig which has the Raszberry V2 card. But, when using Z Way Server to update the test rig which has the V1 card to the latest firmware I noticed that while everything works using Z Way Server I can't get it work proper with OZW and Domoticz. I can see the zwave controller, but it won't let itself to be configured nor can I include any zwave devices. So kind of stuck, but then again, happy that I broke my test rig rather than the production rig.

So for now I would say that one should go easy on the firmware upgrades on the Razberry V1 cards and I just need to figure out which firmware version which works with OZW.

what usb stick is reccomended to use with domoticz? aeon/zwave.me? looking at upgrading from a rpi to a atom sys. but then my razberry won't work

Both are working fine (buy the + (plus) version)
