Clone old version over SSH

Hi
I have a RPI V3.8153 system (wheezy) running on a "off site". I can not upgrade it just yet. Will do next time I am there pysicaly.
I have SSH connection and Web connection to it.
I want to do a cloon of the system to make some tests. My problem is that I have tried to make a fresh install on another RPI, that gives me 4.9700 and when I delete domoticz folder and replace it with my "backup domoticz folder" from my other system i just get "domoticz offline".
I think I get database corruption. So I wounder how is the best way to install a old version on a fresh system?
