RGBW LED panel and Domoticz?

Hello,
I'm thinking about adding a 30x30 cm LED panel in my bathroom. Change color to red if my housemate showers to long, that kind of stuff.
Mostly they come with remotes, to set dim level and color. Anybody knows how to control these in Domoticz?
FIBARO RGBW CONTROLLER Z-WAVE does not seem to be suitable, because of 12V (Fibaro) instead of 24V (panel)
Untill now, my internet search results all drivers/power supply's integrated with the panel, with a fixed cable to het panel LED's.
