Problem adding Hank 4 button scene selector HKZW-SCN04

Hardware: Aeonstick + Hank HKZW-SCN04
This device model was reported to be working by others. It should add four buttons, but something goes wrong in the inclusion. The include procedure takes longer than other devices... but it does complete in the end. I am missing configuration options and devices though:
This is what the log says:

In the end, only one switch devices is added... which does not work... the log shows 0 times going to ON.
What can I try next? Any help appreciated.
