Add custom option in settings to set the web gui refresh rate.

I've got dual 8 core Xeon's and 48gb of ECC ram, I'd like to see a near live flurry of numbers running across my screen from various utility sensors.

Makes it a bit more exciting.

Or make your own interface
I have a 3 second refresh when I'm at home, and a 15 second refresh when I'm on mobile network
