PIR in ceiling built-in?

anybody knows of a ceiling built in PIR?
I'm planninmg some construction work. It would be nice to integrate them straight away in the concrete ceiling.
battery operated, z-wave or 433 will do.

Perhas u can buy a cheap one in China...
And make in the pir a xiaomi pir..

I removed all my troble battery Zwave motions..
And repace them for much smaller cheap 360 motions..
with in the motion i did build a xiaomi motion
Smal fast en very very long battery life :-)

U need a bridge with the xiaomi sensors!!

And i did buy a battery holder for the motion..
so i make 2 wires to the holder an to the motion

Works realy grat
And cheap and....
First 1 time try
Then you make in 5 minutes new sensors for your complete house
