Detect fysical switch pressed ?

Any easy way to detect if a switch was turned on ?
In short ....
Got a Lua script running the lights ( pir + dimmer ++), want the script to be paused for xx minutes IF someone uses the physical switch...
Example ...
Now the light dimms down in the night... BUT If I was to manually turn on the full light after midnight I can do so...BUt it will dimm down to pre set level ...
OR
if I want to turn off the light ... it will turn on when I move again ...
Just need some way to sence if the fysical switch was used
In my case a Fibaro Dimmer - FGD-212-ZW5
