Hi
Can someone tell me what step 3 and 4 i the procedure do?
(Put the blinds half open and disconnect for 1 minute)
I just have the blinds a week and dont want it to stop working using the current hot period.
So i try to get all information before i start connecting to domoticz.
Better safe than sorry.
Best regards
Gert

Re: how can i add Somfy blinds to Domoticz ? (i have de 433.92)
I found this on rflink site.
So only the good way is pairing domoticz as a second remote control.
Can someone help me how to do that?
Q: I receive the RTS signals but transmitting with the same settings does not seem to work, what is wrong?
A: The RTS protocol makes use of a so called "rolling code". This means that every data packet contains a counter and the counter values need to be correct to be accepted by the RTS receiver. There are a few ways to solve this.
Option1: Use the remote, record the signal with RFLink and from then on only use RFLink.
Option2 (best solution): Use the remote, record the signal with RFLink, slightly change the address and then pair RFLink as a "second" remote control with the modified address to the RTS receiver. That allows controlling the RTS system with both the original remote and RFLink without issues.

What I did, but didnt work:
Create a manual switch, Type Blinds reversed, protocol RFY
But the Telis4 remote on the specific blind. Pressed the prog button and the blinds reacted. So now in program mode.
Then pressed the TEST button on domoticz and hoped the blind would react. But nothing.
Please help me.

Re: how can i add Somfy blinds to Domoticz ? (i have de 433.92)
I am installing Domoticz on the RPi. So far everything is actually going as desired, but somehow I am unable to get the shutters (Somfy RTS) working. At an earlier stage I had Domoticz on the NAS and I can remember that this did not go smoothly either.
I have already gone through the entire step-by-step plan a few times and I also get a response when I test (the roller shutter moves up and down), but if I then want to operate it, nothing happens?

Finally, after long struggling I found the solution.
This is how it worked for me:
reset the blind by using the 3-8-3 method;
reset the transmitter (2x up and down);
pair the transmitter;
pair with Domoticz like described in the Fipo.
Hope it can help someone.
