Realtime dimming

Is it possible to send the actual dimming value from a slider on the domoticz homepage or from the app in realtime while sliding with your finger?
currently I see only 3 ways dimming can be done:
- touch the desired point on the slider (very inaccurate)
- slide and release to the desired value
- slide and keep desired setpoint for +- 1s

In all 3 cases dimming is not fluent or snappy.
What I would like is that dimming command can be repeated every 100ms while sliding with your finger to have a realtime and accurate setting of my lights.
