how to use Neo Coolcam Siren in events

I'm trying to figure out how to use this hardware as doorbell or alarm. I don't have problems configuring other equipment within Blockly, but this one keeps me busy for hours..
I tried several options, but I really don't have a clue where to start to let the siren make some sound. Maybe I don't understand the concept. Any help very much appreciated.
The logging displays the correct messages and no errors occur.
