GPIO UART on Nanopi NEO

Hello,
I installed Domoticz on both Raspberry and Nanopi NEO. I tried to inform myself about the use of the various interfaces made available by these devices and I managed to drive a simple LED connected to a generic GPIO pin by selecting the appropriate item from the "type" menu into Setup -> Hardware. Instead when I choose one of the hardware supported by domoticz, on the raspberry I have the ability to choose as a port both the USB and the ttyS0 (and AMA0). The latter should be the UART on the GPIO. While on the Nanopi NEO I can only choose the USB ports and I can not understand why.
