Instant pulse for a relay - rising edge.

Hi,
Hi have a 16 lan relay board, and some of them I use to turn light that need just an instant pulse, instead of being always on to turn on the light.
How can I do this? I tried 1 second of delay to auto turn on the switch, but this is too much. I've tried to give 0.1second, but it doesnt allow.
Can I do something about this?
