Using device names instead of IDX possible?

Hello all.
I am completely new to dashticz and tried to find my answer in those zillions of posts
Not sure if the answer is there but I just looked wrong or if there was not such question before...
Is it possible to use the domoticz device names instead of the IDX numbers for items within dashticz?
I think this would be handy in cases of ex- and re-including devices.
Thanks a lot for this great work on the dashticz. Seems to be a very great dashboard.
I am sure I will come up with more questions once I try to set up my dashticz
