Hardware for monitoring water heating system

Hi guys
I am pretty new to domoticz. And I want to monitor the temperature of the water in our heating system. It consists of a pellet boiler, and solar heating system. Also hot water heater.
I have some T1000K thermistors, but I dont know if these can be used. There is no output from the system. So I need to mount something external, or in temp sensor pockets.
It needs to be able to read temps up to 100c. And I would like to have it be wireless. Or at least connected to a hib that is wireless. Either using wifi or maybe 433mhz.
I also need some room temp sensors later on so hardware that can be used for this also would be a plus
