Central Scene in domoticz 3.8153?

Hi Folks.
Trying to get a clear information whether 'central scene' is implemented in the actual stable version (3.8153) or not.
Could not get anything clear (maybe I looked in wrong direction) from github or the forum here and so I just thought 'hey, ask the one who might know much better'
Does anybody of you have an information on this?
Background: trying to get the Fibaro Button (FGPB101-2) up an running. Inclusion was ok. Device was recognized as Fibaro Button. But... nothing more after that so I assume 'central scene' might not be implemented in my version.
OR ... I am not able to activate/use it properly.
Any hints are welcome.
