How to use a plane 10K resistave thermistor with Domoticz

I've automated just about everything in my house that I can think of to automate with Domoticz, and it kicks ass! But the one thing I'd like to figure out is how to get domoticz to read a value from a plane old thermistor. I've got a lot of experiance with commercial building automation systems, and it's very common to use thermistors just about everywhere on any building automation system, yet I just can't figure out a way to get Domoticz interface with a plane old thermistor. I'm not too crazy about the digital thermistors that are out there, and I really don't like using a bunch of wireless sensors. Seems like there's got to be a board out there for this purpose, I just can't figure it out. Thanks!

You can look at the Arduino line of boards, they have multiple 10-bit analog inputs, but you have to build some hardware around it yourself. http://www.instructables.com/id/Reading ... g-Arduino/

I think I may have figured it out. I think an ADS1115 with ESP Easy may do what I'm looking for. I've got some on order from China.
