How to set up slave switch.

Hi,

I have a wall switch which I would like to link to a wallplug. i.e. in case I switch on/off the wall switch, it should also switch the wallplug.

I tried to connect them to make the wallplug as a slave to the wall-switch (via the devices menu), however, that does not work.

How can I connect these?

This is not purpose of slave switch.
Purpose of slave switch is to update state of main switch without sending a command to the switch.
This is useful for simple RF switches (meaning they don't report state) with several remotes:
If you press one of the remotes, Domoticz state will update to try to be in sync with the real switch.

To do what you want to do you can instead create a group with only the wallplug, then you add the wall switch as "activation device" for the group.
