problems with including Relay

Hello,
I have a prob with including a switch in domoticz.
I try to auto include and after 5 seconds I see the Error-Message Timeout please try again.
I try to include manually. In the first field "Hardware" there is an empty Pull down box.
The switch is not listed in switch Type.
As switch i use the Zwave Phillio Relay PHI_PAN06.
As controller i Use the Zwave UZB Stick. The stick is included in Domoticz.
Domoticz is running on a Synology DS712+ with newest DSM.
Is anything gone wrong while installation or why i dont have a hardware list in the Dialog box in switches?

in the Folder usr/local/domoticz/config/manufacturer_specifications.xml i See the Philio Switch PAN06.
But the xml from the switch is not in the config folder of the manufacturer.. ist this the problem that i cant include the switch?
