Create user Notification system

In Domoticz there is an option to create users.

In would be great if you can create a notification options per user.

When the users are created you can define witch notification system that user needs and that you can choose in Domoticz/Lua/Blocky etc which users will be notified.

Domoticz is working fine for one user but would be create in multiuser system without the need of using extra systems.
Not all notification needs to be send to all users and this way you can choose how get what.

Now you need al kinds of tweaks to use some sort of multi notification system.
