Domoticz

Does anyone know if there is a way to get Domoticz and a sharp Aquos TV to talk to each other via IP. I can telnet to TV and use commands but just haven't figured a way to get Domoticz and Sharp to talk to each other. A point in the right direction or a help start would be greatly appreciated!
