Boiler don't forget switch (time difference)

Hi. I found some scripts for time difference but couldn't manage to change them.
If someone could help please.
I have a switch for my boiler, but some times I forget that I activated it.
I need a script that runs all the time and calculate the time difference between OS time and the last time I activated it. If it over 60 minutes turn it off.
