Domoticz

I have 1 Philips Hue light out of 8 (a strip light) that just will not show up under domoticz devices, and I have no idea why.

I've disabled my Hue device under Hardware, left it a few mins and re-enabled it to try get it to refresh but no luck (done this a few times).

I've deleted the Hue device from the Hardware page and re added/registered it... No luck.

Deleted the light from my Hue bridge and readded it twice now... No luck.

I've even cleaned my Hue bridge using the app and still no luck.

I got the light to appear once after re-adding the bridge to domoticz but it only showed as an On/Off device and not an RGBW device... After deleting this it never appeared again.

Do you have any suggestions? It's firmware is the same as another strip light I have which shows up in domoticz absolutely fine.

Not sure if this will help but check the name of the light in Domoticz. Someone I know had a / in the name of one of his devices and it caused all kinds of problems.

Thanks but I've doubled checked the name and it's not that
Such a strange issue, It just makes no sense.

Sorry I can't be of much help. Have you tried going to the settings page in Domoticz and hitting "Allow for 5 minutes"?
