Add non self learning Nexa switch

I didn't find this info in the wiki, so I though I'd share my experience.

I tried adding the switch by looking for the "device" when pressing the remote, but it dosn't show up.

Instead, to add a non self learning Nexa switch, I did:

- go to switches
- click manual Light/Switch'

Enter as below:

Hardware: select your 433 Mhz controller
Device name: Something...
Switch Type: On/Off
Type: *ARC*
House Code: as set by the dail on the switch
Unit Code: as set by the dail on the switch
