I have Domoticz 3.8153 running on a Raspberry Pi 3 and an RFXtrx433E USB HA Controller.

As i want to do power measurement i bought the Revolt NC5461 Plug from Pearl. In the Documentation of the RFXtrx433 its written that the Revolt NC5461 is supported.

Today i got the plugs but after plugging them they were not detected by Domoticz. As written in the Documentation i activated the RSL protocol but still no success.
I am also confused about how to activate the pairing mode at the plug. There is only one button. After pressing the button is illuminated for some seconds. But still no success, i cannot find it in the devicelist.

Does anyone have already connected a Revolt NC5461 to domoticz?

please test with RFXmngr with only RSL enabled and use Type2 firmware (see chapter 2.2.2 in the RFXtrx User Guide)

And do you think it is save to flash my RFXtrx433E with the Type2-Firmware which is made for the RFXtrx433? Maybe my "E"-Device will be dead after flashing.
But however thanks for the tip with the Users Guide. I see now that the Ext and Ext2 Firmware are supporting diferent devices. Before i didn't know that there are differences. I thought if a device is in the list it is supported by the RFXtrx433.

I found now in the german FEHM Wiki the remark: So it should be save to flash Type 2 Firmware on RFXtrx433E.

There is no problem to use any of the firmware types Type1, Type2, Ext or Ext2 in the RFXtrx433E.

I flashed now the Type 2 Firmware. The RFXtrx433E ist still working. I removed all protocols except the RSL. Then i started to find the first Revolt plug.
A new device was found with 4 Channels (Power, Current and two Percentage Values). The i connected my other three Revolt plugs. All were found. But after some minutes i saw that only one plug is sending data. The others don't. Even at the other plugs a power consuming device is attached. I activated the other protocols so that i can receive my other sensors. Everything works fine, the one Revolt plug still sends data. Then i tried to find the other sensors again. I switched back to only RSL Protocol, but no way anymore to find the other plugs.

I am really confused. I tried to reset the plugs, but i didn't find a documentation how to reset it. Pressing the Button for longer time and unplug it also doesn't change anything.

During my attepts two plugs were found twice. So one plug with two device-IDs and 4 channels each. So with two plugs i had 4 devices with 16 channels. Then i deleted all devices exept the one that was sending data. But since some minutes later even this device is not sending anymore.

I am really confused...

Are all 4 sensors received in RFXmngr?
Note that the revolt transmits very often and can disturb other sensor packets also other sensors than Revolt.
