I mentioned previously about the effect that the forum's 'Christmas decorations' graphics effects were having on CPU temperature on my Apple iMac. I'm also experiencing the same effect with the 'snow' - quite apart from seeing spots before my eyes!

Yes, I know I can login and disable Storm (and the temp goes down from e.g. 56C to 50C) - but I shouldn't have to. I browse the forum a lot, and I don't want to have to login every time.

I don't have any problem with performance, but agree its time to disable snow.

Does anybody know why gizmocuz is not showing up last time? Last message is on 15 november and also on github last commit on december 18
