Domoticz on action not functioning

Hi all,
My setup is the following:
Platform: Synology DS718+
OS: Synology DSM (latest)
Domoticz: latest (stable)
I have a doorbell (Byron 772) and instead of breaking the circuit of the doorbell I’ve adapted it a bit; a Wemos D1 mini with a relais shield is breaking the circuit to the 230v AC 8v DC power adapter. When people press the doorbell, D2 on the Wemos is pulled to ground and that triggers the relais on D1. It’s all powered with v.5.10.0 of Tasmota. I’ve set the PulseTime1 to 1, that will power the doorbell. The device doorbell is set to doorbell in Domoticz and in the doorbell command it set to on. The Domoticz log will show that the doorbell has been set to on and 1 second later it’ll be set to off.
I’ve set a Telegram notification (Settings -> Notifications -> Custom HTTP/Action) that sends a message when the doorbell is activated. That function works, I get a notification that The diirbell has been triggered.
On this forum I’ve seen a doorbell script that will send a message through Telegram and an image of a camera.
When I add an On Action to the doorbell the script doesn’t work. I will receive the notification from Domoticz, but not the message that is send by the script. So I tried an On Action with one of my light switches (Sonoff S20 running Tasmota), when I turn the light on through Domoticz I’ll receive the message from the script including picture. When I turn on the light switch manually the On Action isn’t triggered.
Any idea’s what I’ve done wrong or what I need to do to correct this?
