My issue: I purchased a GE Plug-in Smart Dimmer, and it mostly works. The only thing that doesn't seem to work correctly is using the timer to turn it on via sunset or sunrise. It just basically doesn't turn the light on. I check the log, and says "set dimmer to 100%" immediately followed by "turn on".

Is it polling too fast for the hardware to keep up or something? Anyone mess with this? The on/off function via timer seems to be working okay.

Apparently, checking "randomness" solves this issue, though I don't know why. Hopefully this helps someone else.
