NEO Coolcam pir association for fibaro FGS223 Double relay

I want to switch lights, connected to a Fibaro FGS223 double relay, on and off depending on movement. I do have it working now using a lua script, i.e. both the pir (Neo coolcam NAS-PD01ZE "") and relay (Fibaro FG223 "double switch 2") are working fine. However, there is a significant delay between the pir detecting movement (red light flashes) and the light(s) turning on. I would much rather have the switch controlled directly via an association. However I've tried pretty much every combination I could think of and found no working combination. Can anyone please assist in how to set up associations for a double instance node in Domoticz' z-wave screen?
Below is the list of my devices' associations. I would like to have device "021 (0x15) PIR trap 1" trigger instance 2 of device "007 (0x07) Trap 1". Groep 1 for device 021 is called "Lifeline", groep 2 is called "Control Commands BASIC_SET", groep 3 is called "Send Notification Report" and groep 4 is called "Send Sensor Binary Report". For device "007 (0x07) trap 1" the group names are: 1-"Lifeline", 2-"On/Off S1", 3-"Dimmer S1", 4-"On/Off S2" and 5-"Dimmer S2".
The weird thing is I can enter multi-instance node numbers (i.e. those with a '.' in them like "7.2") only on the multi-instance device's associations themselves. So how do I tell device 021 (a single instance device) to send an on/off command to instance 2 of node 7?
