Domoticz

Hi all,

I just bought a Popp keypad (not sure if I'm allowed to link to a webshop, but couldn't find the item on te manufacturers site) here https://www.robbshop.nl/z-wave-plus-keypad-popp. It clearly says they don't know if the item is compatible, but they told me to try and if it doesn't work I can always return it. Fine.

So, I added the keypad by opening the case, which puts in in management mode and pressing "4" and "*". Domoticz added the node as "Popp Unknown: type=0005, id=0002+"and also added 6 devices:
Burglar
Access Control
Locked
Alarm Level
Alarm Type
Sensor

The "unknown" was a disappointment, but the devices gave me hope. Unfortunately after closing the device and pressing the doorbell key nothing happens. Tried updating to latest beta to see if that would help (excluded the node, killed the 6 devices and included it once more), but no luck. Is there anything I can do to get this hardware working?

The device is included in the Z wave Network, but I don't receive any status from the Keypad.

Any update on this?
I´m about to by an alarm keypad to manage the alarm panel.

One choice is of course the Keypad Zipato, but Popp Keypad seems to be a much nicer alternative and I really like the integrated doorbell.

Any updates would be appreciated.

Got the Popp Keypad working. Using current stable Domoticz (4.10717) with Aeotec ZW090 Z-Stick Gen5. Including was difficult. Took several tries to include. Just try 4 * several tries in a row without canceling the include window in Domoticz. First (non secure) inclusion did not go correct (only got 4 devices from the node). No actions received from key pad after configuring pin codes. Excluded the node and included it again. Tried both secure and none secure include. Last secure include was successful (more than 4 devices initially). Scene codes were added after configuring and using pins. In triyng to get the inclusion done I also restarted Domoticz and pulled the Z-Stick to get a 'clean' start as much possible. As usual your 'mileage may vary'.

I'm running Domoticz v4.11590 and I cant get it to work.
I've always included devices from the OZWCP - would it be different if I used Domoticz UI instead?

The keypad turns up as a "Notification Sensor" without any configurable parameter or devices what so ever.
