Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

I am randomly getting "Error opening serial port!". It does vary from once pr day to less.

What I have tried:
I have changed USB port on computer.
USB selective suspend setting "disabled"

I need to restart computer to make it work again!

Found the problem.
My problem was my computer. something wrong with the usb ports. I have changed it out and now back in buisness.
I think my old computer needs an mainboard upgrade
