I like to use the floorplan view to control my home but when using it in landscape mode on smaller devices like a 7" tablet or a 5" phone, it gets smaller than using horizontally because of the fixed space on top and bottom. Any suggestions on a workaround? Hanging tablets/phones on the wall horizontally looks so weird, so I prefer it in landscape. I think in landscape on a phone it would be better to have the menu on the left or right of the image.
I made a mockup here trying to illustrate the difference between landscape and horizontal on a small tablet/phone. The total size of the floorplan is much larger in horizontal mode.
Make floorplan view more suitable for small tablets/phones in landscape?

Nevermind. I just found the feature http://ip:port/#/Floorplans?fullscreen . I can use that.

@quack3d,
Not sure what you mean by that but double tapping the floorplan image will toggle it in and out of fullscreen mode.http://ip:port/#/Floorplans?fullscreen

Yeah, I found out about that double tap feature after I started the thread. It didn't work too good on my phone though, but I also found that the URL I pasted could be used to go directly to fullscreen mode.

If you want a vertical menu, try using the Aurora theme. It also has a special mobile mode.
