OZW version updates in betas?

Hi,
Someone ( @gizmocuz
)that can explain which Open Z-Wave version that is following Domoticz Beta developments, I suppose it is 1.4.2501...dirty? Or is it just the version "hard coded" in hardware list since you added OZW add-on in Domoticz? Why I ask is that I cant remember if this version number ever increased since I installed the present system approx 1,5 years ago... 
I see that small fixes are done and OZW dirty version have increased but not in my Domoticz setup.
But the "frozen" version and "dirty" is probably more a direct consequence of that the OZW core development seems close to 0
It's a pity ...meaning less stability and compliance to Z-Wave specifications for all Users depending on OZW.
I am checking the OZW site from time to time and I am worried about what will happen to this project, there is so much fantastic job done but now there is so many loose ends and never fixed issues, and worse - fixes not merged, making engaged users frustrated.
