RFLINK 433Mhz 2-way keypad

I have the PB-503r Keypad 433Mhz it is a 2-way keypad with RFID, i am wanting to use this to replace my old security alarm panel. i would like it to work both with the android app and the web interface. it is 2-way communication so if i can ge it to talk it will display what state the alarm is in on the device and on Domoticz.

I have tried multiple ways to connect this to my RFLink but have had no luck is there something i am missing?
