GMC notification only when app is running

Version:V3.8153
App: Domoticz Lite android
phone: Oneplus 3T

Hi guys,

I set up some notifications for switches when turning On or OFF. I enabled the gmc function. This works fine but only when the app is running. when i close the app, like the "Close all apps" function on my phone i don't receive notifications anymore.
When i go to the settings of my phone and the apps and select the domoticz app, it says it is still running.

Is there a way to receive notification in the app all the time. Even when the app is running or not?
