Domoticz & BUS (EIB cable)

Hi all
I'm considering using Domoticz but I'm not sure yet what domotic system to use..
I've got all my light switches in serie (BUS, green EIB cable) because I wanted to go for KNX.
Besides from KNX, is their any other domotic system which allow me to connect light switches in serie instead of a star connection?
They, ofcourse, have to be compatible with Domoticz
I havent bought my light switches net, I only got my EIB cables.
Are there any Z-Wave switches which can be connected to my EIB for constant power instead of recharging them or replacing the batteries?
