MQTT parse to domoticz/out when text changed

I try to build a script that sends a text to Google home when the value of text sensor is changed.
On wiki ( http://www.domoticz.com/wiki/DzVents:_n ... _scripting ), I could not find a answer about text changes.
Also I like to ask if there is included a function to call directly MQTT and sent domoticz/out a json string.

Any help is more than welcome!
