"For each" in Blocky?

Hello, i am just trying solve my logic problem... i have 20 temp sensors and 20 switches. I want create this type of scenario:
When even one temp sensor rise more than defined value, than turn off certain switch on same device, where temp sensor is.
Yes, I can create rule for each, but is possible to create only ONE rule for all? I am not familiar with Lua or Python
