Hello
I‘m having a DS216+ with the latest DSM 6.1 and the latest domoticz running! Now i tried over hours to get homekit running but i‘m not a real linux pro and just found manuals issued for Razbery which are not 100% working.
Can someone explain how the Installation works via SSH?

Especially nodejs is driving me crazy, which version do i need and how to get it installed?

Br Jan

Just a suggestion; instead of trying to install nodejs and homebridge on Synology, try using homebridge on Docker. Try especially the marcoraddatz/homebridge:latest container. That's the way i use homebridge on my Synology.

Hi, I've also "fight" for a full weekend
I've installed all the necessary in Chroot mode but seems that packages installed with Chroot are not "seen" running mode..
Unfortunately I have the DS216J that doesn't suppor Docker, Docker seems to be the best solution ;)

Finally I bought a raspberry for this too :D

Perfect, with docker its working now! Siri is taking over commands now!
One last question! Do i need to restart the docker container after every restart of my DS or is this done automatically?

Just installed Homebridge on my Synology via Docker.
How to configure it now?
Is there an how-to available?
