Evohome Web API - no fields to fill in

Hi Domoticz experts,

I want to add my Evohome account to Domoticz. But when I choose in the Hardware page Evohome Web API nothing changes on the page: no login and other fields appear. Clicking the add button doesn't give any noticeable effect.
I am running Domoticz on RPI 2+; Domitcz version: 3.8153.
Any tips?
