Nest-like dynamic background

Hi all,

I am wondering if it was possible to create a dynamic background for Domoticz which would behave as the Nest Thermostat app/website's interface.

Blue sky when sunny, clouds moving in the background when there are clouds and rain falling when raining. I think it would give Domoticz an amazing, professional look.

Do you know if it already exists? If not, what would be required to to do it? Anyone interested in helping?
